“You can’t be right by doing wrong; you can't be wrong by doing right.’’
~ Thomas S. Monson

I believe what that quote means is there isn't a right answer when you are also doing something bad. Never do anything that you cannot admit doing because if you are that ashamed of whatever it is, it’s probably wrong. You cannot expect things to go right while you are doing something wrong. You cannot go wrong doing what is right. Even when you are angry it does not mean you also have to be cruel but you also have to do the right thing.

What I believe this quote means is enthusiasm makes a difference because if you pursue an objective/dream with enthusiasm you will definitely come  to do what you love.  If emotions are in the way of your objective/dream and clouded there wouldn’t be a chance of you reaching your victories. You always need to think positive, never think negative. Always believe in yourself. Live your passion. Be honest. Get daily inspiration. Help someone in need. Always believe in yourself no matter what obstacle comes in the way.

“ I wasn't trying to leave a legacy, I was trying to do what was right.”
~Dean Smith

In the quote above I believe that it means that when he did the right thing he also left a legacy behind him.  Dean Smith was a college basketball coach and all he wanted to do was the right thing. He would never let an injured player be in the court.  His goal was not to leave a legacy by winning most the basketball games. But at one point he wanted to do what was right for himself and the team. Dean Smith was called the “ coaching legend” by the Basketball Hall of Fame. He coached for 36 years at the University of North Carolina.  He gave a legacy of selflessness. He would help any players and coaches at anytime.  Even former President Obama recognized Dean Smith in a statement.

 Karma will take

Care of itself.

STUDENT SUCCESS STATEMENT
“ It’s not about how to achieve your dreams. It’s about how to lead your life. If you lead your life the RIGHT WAY, the karma (good results, destiny, fortune, good luck) will take care of itself. The dreams will come to you”
~ Dr.Randy Pausch
This quote means that you do not have to achieve your dream if you lead your life the right way because then you’ll have good luck and your dreams will come right to you instead of you trying to get it. If you do good things the good things will come your way. How people treat you is their karma. How you react is yours. Not all people believe in good or bad karma but I do. Karma works like this: what ever comes around comes back around. Never try to mess up someones life with a lie when yours can be destroyed with the truth.

“Of all the work that is done or that can be done for our country, the greatest is that of educating the BODY, the MIND, and above all the CHARACTER, giving spiritual and moral training to those who in a few years are themselves to decide the destinies of the nation.”
~ Theodore Roosevelt What I think Theodore Roosevelt is trying to say here is that we should pay for attention to educating the body, the mind and character. If we decide to educate these three things one day it's going to pay off. We should also start teaching kids the right things so that later in life they will be all about education and being successful. If kids don't do what's right later on in life, our nation isn't going to be the way it should be. It's going to be messed up and nothing is going to go right. So right now we should focus on educating and perfecting these three things so that in the future the world is better and so our futures will be better.
