The quote that I stated means that when we are motivated by the goals we dream that goal needs to be completed and overruled. A life without meaning, no focus, and without goals or dreams isn’t a life worth living. Failure is just another word for trying harder. I believe anything is possible if you try your best and  do the right thing.  You need to set goals that people will think you’re the best. You need to show people what you’re made of. You need to overcome your fears and never let anyone put you down.  You always need to choose the right in order to live and accomplish everything that life hits you with.

Ear Nose Throat Doctor

Duties and Responsibilities:

Is a physician who is trained in the medical and surgical treatment of the ears, nose throat, and related structures of the head and neck. They manage diseases of the ears, nose and nasal passages sinuses, voice box, oral cavity and upper mouth and throat, and the structures of the neck and face. It is the oldest medical speciality in the United States.

Salary: $183,909 - $407,230

Education:

An ENT specialist take sup to 15 years of college and postgraduate training. To qualify the American Board of Otolaryngology, must complete college first, medical school and at least 5 years of specialty training. Next, the physician must pass the American Board of Otolaryngology test to be certified. The ENT specialist follow a one or two year fellowship for more training. You need to earn a bachelor’s degree. Complete a medical school program.

 Demand:

The United States need and ENT specialist to help the problems of children. Also we have many swimmers who’s condition is very critical so we need that.

Reflection: No I would not like to become a ENT specialist because i have other goals in life to achieve. An ENT is not my type of profession i would not like to become.

I believe the quote that David Bednar stated means once you have been doing the right and not choosing the wrong you will soon become happy and you will always stay happy.  Obedience is a habit of being a good leader and showing great skills. Many will follow you to strive for your best. You will soon become a role model to young ones because you will always obey others and follow the rules. Obedience is another word for reality , reality and life will hit you as soon you have not been being obedient.

My thoughts about the LAUSD student services is I believe it is very resourceful to us teens who would want to know the graduation requirements , college and career info, and the student resources in the future. I believe many of us would want to know the graduation requirements because many of us would like to go to College and we would want to be prepare and focus on our major.

I believe the quote that Alex Linares stated means the right thing to do is choose the right. Choosing the right will grant you so many happy things in life. You need to choose the right, work hard, work smart, and work together. If you choose the wrong you'll get consequences.  You'll get punished by getting privleges taken away. You will lose people's trust and get a bad reputation. If you do not know what Choose The Right means, it means choosing the right path. Also it means do what feels good and staying out of trouble and being safe.  Sometimes the right path is not the easiest path. 

Dermatologist

DermatologistDuties and Responsibilities: Dermatologists are physicians who treat conditions related to the skin, though they may also treat disorders related to the hair and nails. The skin and hair suffer from a lot of problems, especially due to pollution. There are a number of diseases of the skin that can even be life threatening . That’s why we need specialist doctors to look after the treatment.Salary: $272,793 - $370,586Education:  Becoming a dermatologist typically takes 12 years of education and training. Dermatologist begin their careers with a bachelor’s degree with a major. They include advanced math such as calculus or statistics, general and organic chemistry, biology and written communications. Graduates from pre-medical programs must write an examination called the Medical College Admission Test. Demand Need for this profession::The employment of physicians is projected to grow 18% from 2012 to 2022, faster than the average for all occupations . Job growth will occur because of the continued expansion of healthcare-related industries. Reflection:  Do you think you would like to be one? Why? Why not?No i would not like to become a dermatologist because I have other goals in life. I would rather become a physical therapist.

In my opinion i think the quote means it does not matter if you are a good player. It matters what your actions and thoughts are than in what other people see in you. You can be a really good player but with a rude attitude. That does not show good sportsmanship. Doing the right thing is a big part of who you are and what you can be. The quote in my words would be " Being a good person is way more important that what type of athlete you are."

Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist

Duties and Responsibilities: Physical therapists treat patients by teaching them different exercises needed to strengthen or stretch muscles. You will need to consult with the patient on their symptoms and to develop a rehabilitation plan.Throughout the process, a large part of the job will include being supportive and understanding. Salary:
$80,999 - $95,401Education: Required to be licensed and you need to hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree to practice. Also a Master of Physical Therapy degree is acceptable. You can enroll in a Bachelor’s to a Master’s program which allows students to earn both degrees at a quicker paste. You can also earn a MPT first and go on to a doctoral program. In order to become licensed, you will need to pass the National Physical Therapist Examination.  Demand: The job outlook is from 2014-24 is 34% much faster than average. The demand for Physical Therapy services will come from the aging baby boomers, who are staying active later in life.  Physical therapy will be needed to treat people with mobility issues stemming from chronic conditions, such as diabetes or obesity.

Yes I would like to become a physical therapist because that would be a good profession. Also I would like to help people.

I believe the quote Pathros stated is implying is do not be a gold digger . You have to love the person not just because of his/her money but for the sentiment, personality...etc; Also I belive the quote means real love is from the heart, not just of the money. An example of the quote would be your heart should never be like the Grinch who's is 2 sizes too small. The first thing is love you need too seek to find it. It is measured in the legacy you leave behind for your family.

Dental Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

Dental Assistants perform many of the patient care, office, and laboratory duties, and often work chair-side as dentists examine and treat patients. They make patients as comfortable as possible in the dental chair, prepare them for treatment and keep their dental records.

Salary:

$34,410 - $47,090

Education:

• Complete a California state board approved Registered Dental Assistant program or 15 months of dental assistant work experience
• Complete a course in basic life support approved by the ARC or AHA
• Complete California state board approved radiation safety and coronal polishing courses
• Complete California state board approved courses mandated by the California Dental Practice Act within 5 years of applying for RDA licensing
• Pass California state exams
• Pass California state ethics exam
• Apply to the state board for licensure

Demand or Need for this profession:

The Dentist Assistant employment is very high in California . The employment is 7,370. The employment per thousand jobs is 3.18. The location quotient is 1.36. The hourly wage is $18.62

And the annual wage is $38,730

I wouldnt like to become one cause i don’t like that job it is disgusting. :(

I believe the quote that Ezra T. Benson stated means whenever you do something wrong you can never feel good about it. At the first ten seconds it may feel good but then your emotions change and you regret that from happening. You need to think before you do that action.You always need strength, courage and confidence to become who you are and that is a good person. You always need to choose the right and never the wrong. Always be positive about yourself and never think negative.  The more good things you do the more people get to know you because you stand out of other peoples bad actions. You always need to stay away from people who take responsibilities from their actions and who make you feel bad from being yourself.
