Massage, herbs and acupuncture are some of the options they use to cure or make their patients feel better. Some Naturapaths are practicing Physicians and they use their training to diagnose and treat their patients. Naturopaths need these following skills:

Education: To become a Naturopath it requires training but also allows you to find numerous qualifications that can lead to obtaining your licence. Learn about psychology,sociology, inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, medical sciences, non-traditional medicine, botanical medicine, nutrition, homeopathy and biology. Need a minimum of 7 years of post-secondary education is needed. Need to complete a four year Bachelor’s degree in the arts or sciences, and then the required four-years at medical college.
Demand or Need for this profession: Employment of physicians would grow faster than average through 2014. Although the employment of physicians and surgeons was expected to increase by 14% from 2014-2024, based on BLS predictions.
