In the statement above I believe it means that you have to properly take care of your own physical, mental and spiritual well-being. For example you have to properly take care of physical health and body by eating healthy and exercising daily. If you are not feeding your body correctly you can become fat and be obese. It will bring you at a higher risk of being obese and getting diabetes etc; If you do eat properly you will be able to live longer. You should not do any drugs or drink alcohol daily because if you drink it can affect your liver, If you smoke you will get gum disease and your lungs would not be able to function properly. You also need to take care of your mind. You always need to think positively and never think negatively. If you do think negatively you will never feel good about yourself. You will become insecure and that is not good for your mental well-being. You need to take care of your spirit some people do not believe in a god or gods because there is no actual proof but if you do good things will happen, but not frequently.

In the statement above i believe that it means that we need to remember one cannot work alone. It would always need a partner and the partner to intelligence is character. That would be the goal of the function of education. Education gives us the power of concentration, the right to speak, and to be hard-working. That is why we need to remember the function of education. It is a good combination to be smart and grateful. We need to be humble that we have education.

Kinesiologist

Duties and Responsibilities: Kinesiologist works with athletes to improve fitness. They come up with appropriate physical programs. They work with the physically challenged, or victims of physical injury, to help train their bodies to recover. They manage sport facilities; provide assistance in sport management. They study factors that may affect fitness program.

Salary: $68,000-Median Salary

Education: A certified Kinesiologist must have a 4 year Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology or Human Kinetics. Must have a license by the State authorities. Finishing a Master’s degree will provide better career opportunities. Taking courses on English,Sciences, Math, Physical Education and Business.

Demand or Need for this profession: Kinesiologists can find employment in hospitals, healthcare centers, corporate offices, and athletic teams. Spas, resorts, beauty salons,and health clubs also have a high demand for experienced kinesiologist. Public schools also recruit for their physical education departments.

Reflection: Yes, most likely i would like to become a kinesiologist because that would be a good job description. Also i would like to help injured people.

Class Evaluation 

1. The things I liked about this class would be always practicing my typing and doing student success statements.

2. The things I did not like about the class is that students would always be interrupting the class while we would watch a video or anything at all.

3. To improve this class I would recommend: 

• Always practice your typing tutor.
• Always follow directions
• Do not disrespect the teacher

4. The highlight for this class would be watching videos about choosing the right and learning from wrong to right.

5.  I did do my best in this class because I would always do the work that was assign, follow the rules and help friends when they needed help, when the teacher would be busy.

6. Yes I am reading my Life Planning Goals Journal for at least 5 minutes daily because in the future I would want to look back and  see what were my goals as a child.

7. Yes I am committed to being a CTR person because I am respectful to my peers and staff members. I am a good sport because I would not let anger get in the way of sportsmanship towards my opponents while I am playing soccer. I am honest because cheating in life is never the answer.

In this student success statement i believe it means first it starts off as one lie then you want to do it again so you will be saying multiple lies. Even though you are scared to tell the truth just because you do not want to hurt them, a lie would hurt the most. If you tell a lie it would become part of your future because you would want to lie constantly. People hardly tell the truth anymore. You would lie without even trying, it would be part of your everyday life. A lie can easily break trust because it takes so many years to build trust, you can just end many years with one lie.

The video I just watched was about a boy named Patrick Kearon and like all boys do is they do not listen to their parents. So one night his family and him went camping in the desert. He wanted to explore around the area. When he was about to leave his parents warned him not to wear sandals when he goes outside because there are thorns, snakes and scorpions. However he did not pay attention to his parents. He was just so excited that he did not have any time. So he went out while he was walking he thought that he just got pricked by a thorn but when he looked down he saw a scorpion. He was screaming for help, he was trying to take the pain away by putting pressure on the leg. When his parents heard and saw him screaming they rushed him to the hospital that was 2 hours away. When he got checked up the doctor told his parents that the sting is only fatal to infants and newborns. However he did learn his lesson.

In this student success statement I believe what Mark Twain is stating is that you always have to do the right no matter what. You need to be kind and respect each other. Doing the right is treating others the way you want to be treated, showing kindness and consideration, liking yourself enough to be yourself and accepting others for who they are. Even though it may seem like if you’re doing a bad action it may always be the right one. There aren’t many people who would always do the right thing. Some of them may be followers for example doing what your “friends” are doing like copying them and if you do that you aren’t being yourself. Another example is stealing money, liquor, alcohol etc; from people just to be cool. Or another example is bullying other kids so they can be afraid of you. In your eyes it may seem and look like the right thing to do but you always need to know the two sides of the problem or situations. Never follow one another it’s just wrong.
